Limited Right to Use.

In the event, you fail to promptly indemnify and defend such claims and/or pay A.P.R. & R., LLC expenses, as provided above, we shall have the right to defend itself, and in that case, you shall reimburse A.P.R. & R., LLC for all of its reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and damages incurred in settling or defending such claims within thirty 30 days of each of A.P.R. & R., LLC written requests.
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
